Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Holoholo Carts LLC are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or confirmed.

This policy applies to all products and services sold by Holoholo Carts LLC, including but not limited to:

* Lithium batteries and battery kits
* Golf cart parts and accessories
* Controllers, chargers, motors, electrical components, and conversion kits
* Wheels and tires
* Seat kits
* Special-order and non-stock products
* Products ordered from a supplier specifically for a customer
* Custom and upgraded golf carts
* Used and pre-owned golf carts
* Custom builds and customer-requested configurations
* Installation and labor services
* Freight, shipping, delivery, pickup, and hauling charges

Products ordered specifically for a customer remain **final sale regardless of whether the item is stocked by Holoholo Carts LLC or brought in from one of our suppliers on the customer's behalf**.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, compatibility, sizing, and other applicable information before completing their purchase.

Holoholo Carts LLC is happy to assist with product compatibility questions before an order is placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed or confirmed.

This includes orders that have not yet arrived, shipped, been picked up, or been installed.

Once Holoholo Carts LLC places an order with a supplier, allocates inventory, schedules freight, begins a custom build, or otherwise begins fulfillment, the purchase remains final.

Lithium Batteries & Electrical Components

All lithium batteries, battery kits, controllers, chargers, motors, converters, wiring components, and other electrical products are final sale.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their golf cart, vehicle, charger, controller, motor, and electrical system before purchase.

Products that are incorrectly installed, modified, damaged during installation, used with incompatible equipment, improperly charged, or otherwise misused are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Lithium batteries must not be returned or shipped back to Holoholo Carts LLC without prior written authorization related to an approved warranty claim.

Golf Carts & Custom Builds

All golf cart sales are final.

This includes stock carts, used carts, upgraded carts, custom-built carts, and carts modified according to customer-selected specifications.

Once a customer confirms a build, configuration, or purchase, changes may be subject to additional costs and availability.

Deposits and payments made toward golf carts, custom builds, or customer-requested upgrades are non-refundable once work, ordering, or procurement has begun.

Special Orders

All special-order and customer-requested products are final sale.

This includes any item Holoholo Carts LLC orders from a supplier specifically to fulfill a customer's request, regardless of whether that product is normally stocked by our business.

Supplier delays, freight delays, backorders, or extended transit times do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

We will communicate significant delays whenever possible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

All sales remain final; however, if Holoholo Carts LLC ships or provides an incorrect item, or if an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend reporting shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Customers may be asked to provide:

* Photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging
* Shipping labels
* Serial numbers
* Documentation of visible damage

If Holoholo Carts LLC determines that the wrong item was provided or that a qualifying shipping issue occurred, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.

Correction of an incorrect or damaged order does not constitute acceptance of a return or cancellation of the original purchase.

Warranty Claims

Our final-sale policy does not eliminate any applicable manufacturer or Holoholo Carts LLC warranty coverage.

Products that experience a qualifying defect may be handled through the applicable warranty process rather than through a return or refund.

Warranty claims may require troubleshooting, photographs, diagnostic testing, serial numbers, return of the affected component, or other documentation.

Manufacturer warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's individual terms, exclusions, testing requirements, and approval.

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage caused by:

* Improper installation
* Incorrect wiring
* Incompatible equipment
* Improper charging
* Physical damage
* Water or environmental damage
* Modification
* Misuse or abuse
* Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

Holoholo Carts LLC will assist customers with eligible warranty claims for products purchased directly from us when applicable.

Shipping, Freight & Delivery Charges

All shipping, freight, delivery, pickup, hauling, and handling charges are final and non-refundable once the associated service has been scheduled, arranged, or performed.

Delays caused by freight carriers, shipping providers, suppliers, weather, port conditions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Holoholo Carts LLC do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.
