These Terms of Service govern your use of the Holoholo Carts LLC website and any purchase of products or services from Holoholo Carts LLC.

By accessing our website, placing an order, approving an invoice or quote, paying a deposit, or purchasing products or services from Holoholo Carts LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Throughout these Terms, “Holoholo Carts,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Holoholo Carts LLC.

1. General Conditions

Holoholo Carts LLC sells golf carts, golf cart parts, lithium batteries, electrical components, accessories, custom upgrades, repair services, installation services, rentals where offered, and related products and services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order prior to fulfillment when necessary, limit quantities, or decline a transaction at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

You may not use our products, services, or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, compatibility information, and availability are accurate.

However, product colors, appearance, packaging, specifications, dimensions, manufacturer information, and other details may vary from what is displayed online.

Manufacturers may update or modify products without notice.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing parts, batteries, chargers, controllers, motors, wheels, tires, seat kits, electrical components, or other equipment.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your golf cart, please contact Holoholo Carts LLC before placing your order.

3. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

Holoholo Carts LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or confirmed, except where otherwise required by law.

This applies to all products and services, including:

* Golf carts
* Custom and upgraded golf carts
* Lithium batteries and battery kits
* Controllers, chargers, motors, and electrical components
* Wheels and tires
* Seat kits
* Golf cart accessories
* Special-order products
* Non-stock products
* Products ordered from suppliers specifically for a customer
* Installation and repair services
* Labor
* Shipping, freight, delivery, pickup, and hauling fees

Our full Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

4. Special Orders

Products ordered specifically for a customer are considered special-order items and are final sale.

This applies whether the product is:

* Normally stocked by Holoholo Carts LLC
* Brought in specifically for the customer
* Ordered directly from a manufacturer or distributor
* Shipped to Holoholo Carts LLC before customer pickup
* Shipped directly to the customer

Once an order has been submitted to our supplier, the customer may not cancel the purchase solely because the item has not yet arrived.

Supplier delays, freight delays, backorders, port delays, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

5. Golf Cart Sales & Custom Builds

All golf cart purchases are final.

Golf carts may consist of new, used, previously owned, rebuilt, upgraded, refurbished, or heavily modified components depending on the individual listing or sales agreement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the specifications and condition disclosed for the cart before purchasing.

Custom builds and upgrades may include customer-selected items such as:

* Batteries
* Motors
* Controllers
* Lift kits
* Wheels and tires
* Rear seat kits
* Lighting
* Audio systems
* Body finishes
* Accessories
* Electrical upgrades

Once a customer approves a build, quote, invoice, or configuration and work or procurement has begun, requested changes may result in additional charges and may not always be possible.

Estimated completion dates are estimates only and may change due to parts availability, freight, supplier delays, workload, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Deposits & Payments

Certain products, special orders, custom builds, repairs, or services may require a deposit.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits become non-refundable once parts have been ordered, inventory has been allocated, work has begun, or expenses have been incurred on behalf of the customer.

Remaining balances are due according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice, quote, or agreement.

Holoholo Carts LLC may withhold completion, delivery, pickup, release of a vehicle, or release of merchandise until all amounts due have been paid.

Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods where disclosed before payment.

7. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping, freight, delivery, handling, installation, labor, and other charges may be added where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product-description errors, or technical errors.

If a material pricing error is discovered before fulfillment, we may contact the customer regarding the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected transaction.

8. Lithium Batteries & Electrical Components

Lithium batteries and electrical components require proper installation, configuration, charging, and maintenance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their golf cart, charger, motor, controller, wiring, electrical system, and intended application.

Improper installation or use may result in equipment damage, reduced performance, fire risk, electrical hazards, personal injury, or property damage.

Installation should be completed by a qualified individual familiar with the applicable product and electrical system.

Customers must follow all manufacturer instructions, charging procedures, safety requirements, and maintenance recommendations.

Lithium batteries must not be shipped, transported, returned, modified, opened, or serviced contrary to applicable manufacturer instructions or shipping requirements.

9. Installation & Customer-Supplied Products

Holoholo Carts LLC may agree to install products provided by a customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Holoholo Carts LLC does not warrant customer-supplied products and is not responsible for defects, missing components, compatibility issues, manufacturing defects, or failures associated with customer-supplied items.

Additional labor charges may apply if customer-supplied products require unexpected modification, troubleshooting, fabrication, or additional installation time.

10. Repairs & Services

Repair estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection or diagnosis.

Additional problems may be discovered after work begins.

If additional repairs, parts, or labor are required, we may contact the customer for authorization before completing work beyond the originally approved scope.

Completion dates are estimates and may change based on parts availability, workload, diagnostic findings, freight delays, or other circumstances.

Holoholo Carts LLC is not responsible for unrelated mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or structural issues that were present before service or discovered during repair.

11. Shipping, Freight & Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Holoholo Carts LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

* Shipping carriers
* Freight companies
* Suppliers
* Manufacturers
* Weather
* Port operations
* Transportation disruptions
* Natural disasters
* Government actions
* Labor disruptions
* Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, storage, redelivery, or other customer-related circumstances may be charged to the customer.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Customers should inspect products promptly upon receipt.

Damage, missing items, or incorrect shipments should be reported as soon as possible and preferably within **48 hours of delivery or pickup**.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, shipping labels, packaging photographs, serial numbers, and other documentation necessary for a freight or warranty claim.

Customers should retain all original packaging until any shipping issue has been resolved.

13. Warranties

Certain products may include a manufacturer warranty or a separate Holoholo Carts LLC warranty.

Warranty coverage varies by product.

Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, claim procedures, and approval requirements.

A warranty does not constitute a return policy.

Warranty claims may require troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, photographs, serial numbers, service records, or return of the affected component.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from:

* Improper installation
* Incorrect wiring
* Incompatible components
* Improper charging
* Misuse
* Abuse
* Accidents
* Physical damage
* Water damage
* Environmental exposure
* Unauthorized modification
* Failure to perform required maintenance
* Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

14. Vehicle Operation & Safety

Golf carts and related vehicles must be operated responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, property restrictions, and manufacturer recommendations.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a golf cart is permitted to operate on a particular road, property, facility, or public area.

Holoholo Carts LLC does not guarantee that any golf cart is street legal or permitted for use on public roads unless expressly stated in writing.

Modification of a golf cart may affect handling, braking, speed, stability, range, maintenance requirements, or other operating characteristics.

Operators are responsible for understanding and safely operating their vehicle.

15. Website Use

Content on holoholocarts.com, including photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, text, videos, designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Holoholo Carts LLC unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, publish, resell, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized access, automated scraping, malicious activity, interference with website functionality, or misuse of our website is prohibited.

16. Third-Party Products & Services

Our website may include products, services, links, payment services, financing options, applications, or integrations provided by third parties.

Holoholo Carts LLC is not responsible for the operation, policies, availability, security, or content of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
